These general terms and conditions apply to your purchases on, and your use of, the website www.caratnco.se. The terms and conditions constitute an agreement between you and Caratnco. By making a purchase on, and using this website, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before using our site.
Once we have received an order from you, we will send an electronic confirmation or invoice to your email address as proof of your purchase. Please make sure to enter the correct email address when placing your order. We recommend that you save the confirmation as a receipt and for future reference if you need to contact our customer service.
Caratnco handles and delivers your order as soon as possible. We cannot be held liable for deliveries that exceed the specified delivery times for the selected delivery method. Delivery times cannot be shortened by contacting our customer service, but we always do our best to deliver as quickly as possible. Customs duties and VAT are not included outside the EU. All orders are processed separately by order number and cannot be combined into one shipment.
To make a purchase with Caratnco on credit, you must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian. If you wish to check the status of your shipment, please contact us at support@caratnco.se. As the customer, you are responsible for ensuring that the address and user data provided are correct. Caratnco is not responsible for situations where a shipment has been returned to us due to incorrect information being provided. In such cases, we may contact you for reimbursement of the additional shipping costs incurred.
All Caratnco products are made to meet high-quality standards and include a one-year warranty from the date of purchase. During the warranty period, products with manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced at no cost. The warranty does not cover loss, theft, fire, or natural disasters; damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents; unauthorized repairs or modifications; or normal wear and tear such as scratches, discoloration, or fading. If your product has a defect within the warranty scope, please contact our customer service atΒ support@caratnco.seΒ and include your order number and clear photos of the damage.
If you fail to collect your shipment within the specified time at the delivery point, Caratnco will charge for the costs related to returning the parcel, administrative fees, and the cost for re-shipping. The fee for an uncollected shipment is 35β¬ plus shipping costs. Once payment is registered, your order will be shipped again within a few business days.
Caratnco offers a 30-day full refund policy. Please note that engraved or personalized products cannot be returned. A full refund only applies if the product is unused and in the same condition as when received. If a product has been used, Caratnco reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value or deny the return altogether. The right of cancellation does not apply to sale items. When returning a product, please also inform your payment provider to avoid reminder fees, as Caratnco is not responsible for such charges.
For purchases made under the βBuy 3, Pay for 2β offer, the free product is always the one with the lowest price. If you return the free product, no refund will be issued since it was not charged. If you return a paid product but keep the free product, you will be charged for the free product, meaning only the price difference will be refunded.
Products with sealed packaging, such as earrings or other hygiene-related items, cannot be returned once the seal is broken. In cases where the seal is broken, no refund or exchange rights apply. If a return is denied, the product will be sent back to you, and shipping costs will be charged.
Depending on your location, Caratnco uses trusted delivery partners such as DHL, UPS, and others. Shipping within the Sweden is free, but for deliveries outsideΒ Sweden, customs duties and VAT may apply.Β
If you wish to make a return, fill out the return form and include it in your package along with the products you wish to return. Returns are normally processed within 10β30 days from the day you send them back, and any return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.Β Once your return has been received, we will contact you within a few business days with information about your refund.
If you wish to exchange your product, simply place a new order for the item you prefer. Refunds are always made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt.
Caratnco reserves the right to cancel orders or block customers if there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse of the return policy, such as excessive buying and returning, resale of products, or fraudulent behavior. This policy applies only to systematic misuse and not to individual or occasional cases.

Caratnco reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice and is not responsible for errors in product descriptions, technical specifications, or pricing. If an incorrect price is displayed for a product you have ordered, you will be notified and asked to approve the corrected price before the order continues.
Caratnco shall not be held liable for damages or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to government intervention, new or amended legislation, war, fire, flood, labor disputes, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.
